Manage your time
Even if you own this business and it is your responsibility to look into every matter, you still need to set a time schedule for your working hours. You cannot be working at whatever time you think you should. Set your work timings and try to wrap up all your work before the deadline. Express yourself clearly
When you have a set a schedule for yourself, let everybody know that you will only be available during these working hours. Your employees, partners or clients should know when to call you to discuss business matters, you can’t be available all the time.

Clearly define your role and assign other responsibilities to the designated staff. Your employees and your co-workers should know when to get in touch with you regarding work. Meanwhile, you take care of what you are accountable for and fulfill your duties in the best manner.
